How do I get a refund for an unauthorized app purchase effectively?

Accidentally purchased a 1-year subscription on Squarespace and I´ve been waiting for an answer from apple for 3 days ( they send my an autoreply stating that on 48h they will come up with a solution) what´s the most effective way to get a refund from them?
