Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server

Hi, since updating the visa of mac os (high sierra) i am getting “Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server” i get this on more then one of my mac's not in the same network. I've tried safe mode it works, I've cleared cookies etc. Even DNS as one of the google search came up with that. Nothing. Apple was no help on the chat online. Has anyone here got any ideas? or came across this?

If Safari says it can't establish a secure connection, or the website is using weak encryption - Apple Support

It probably means that your web browser tried to use a https connection, when the website was not (properly) configured for that (but only for http). Or it could mean that their SSL certificate has expired or is otherwise invalidated.

Good sites will be configured for https (Google rewards this with page ranking). Good sites will also try to switch to https if the visitor requests a http connection on a site that is capable of https.

Did you follow a link to get to the website where you got the error message? Copy-and-paste in place the website address (to unhide the protocol) and remove the ‘s’ to try again. This re-tries without intention of securing the connection.
