Apple TV 4K, DirecTV and Denon AVR-X4300

I am trying to resolve an issue I have with source switching that involves the Apple TV 4K media player.

My configuration is:

TV: LG OLED 55B6C

AVR: Denon AVR-X4300

DirecTV (DTV) C61K-700 (4K Client)

Samsung UHD 4K Blue Ray Player

Apple TV 4K

I have the Denon setup as the hub of the system with the HDMI Monitor1 (ARC) connected to the LG's HDMI 2 (ARC) input. The DTV, Samsung and Apple HDMI outputs are connected to Denon's HDMI 1, 3 and 5, respectively. I have disabled the HDMI-CEC control on the Samsung and Apple TV media player (Control TVs and receivers OFF) via menu settings in each device. HDMI control is enabled for the TV, Denon AVR and DTV devices. The issue I am having is that when I turn on DTV using DTV remote, the Denon source switches to the Apple TV input and Apple TV is displayed. I then have to use the Denon remote to switch to DTV. I had a similar issue with the Samsung where turning off the HDMI-CEC setting resolved it. I am just trying to make it easier for others to watch TV without going to multiple remotes. Is there another setting/configuration for the Apple to make sure it does not turn on when selecting another source?
