iPhone 7 Camera is Noisy and Shaky

It's been almost a year since I've had my iPhone 7 and lately my rear facing camera is making a buzzing noise along with always being out of focus, shaky, blurry, and seeing double. This first started when I went onto snapchat and saw that my camera was messed up. I thought it wasn't that big of a problem and I just brushed it off. A few days later, the same problem affected all my apps that used a camera.
