how to unlock your Apple ID , even you have entered password correctly at sign in page

I have tried to update some of the app on my IPad & Mac , but the message alert kept prompting: the Apple ID has been disabled , and I try to sign in my Apple ID & correct password again & again . It did not allow me to do so! Please help solve these issues. Best SAm
