iPhone X Orange Flash?

I've got three questions to ask about my iPhone X. I’ve bought it on its release and I’m wondering if it is normal to sometimes have my internal flashlight on ORANGE and in video recording as well? Also about the iPhone, it blinks red/blue near the selfie camera only every time im not looking there, even when unlocked. Kinda looks like android phones with notifications. Normal ?

About my calls, i’ve had lots of complaints about my sounds people sometimes don’t hear me and then I start yelling and it must click something inside that turns on the mic and then they hear me yell. So many bugs Apple. You should get all this fixed...
