2FA code to Apple Watch?

At the moment when I log into my iCloud account using a Browser on my PC, or log back into iTunes etc, I get a 2FA code to my iPhone and iPad which most of the time is fine, but if I'm at my desk and my phone is in a drawer or whatever, it would be nice to get the code on my Apple Watch. Is there a way of getting this currently?
