My Beats Solo Wireless 3 headphones keep disconnecting from Bluetooth on my Mac book pro computer. Rebooting didn't help.

My beats solo 3 wireless will connect to my bluetooth on my Mac book pro but then randomly disconnects. I tries rebooting my computer and my headphones but that didn't work. My headphones can connect to my iPhone though.

iMac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Whenever I connected Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones to my Mac the audio would be distorted and muffled. But when I would have connected it to my iPhone, the audio would sound normal. And this issue persisted after using my headphones with my computer for 3 years. Now I have switched my headphones but after 2 months of normal usage, I now have the same distorted audio issue with my Sony WH-1000XM4's. So I think it has something to do with my computer but don't know how to solve it. Does anyone else have this issue? Or know how to solve it?

Dropping bluetooth I’m using my Powerbeats to listen to music through Spotify on my computer and it keeps dropping Bluetooth. I reset it and it is still happening. I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting my headphones and it’s a huge pain.
