My phone won't let me download the new iOS 11 it shows I have an update. Also my App Store disappeared

i cant upate i phone 6 s Hi. Anyone know how I can update. I've tried over the last year to update and I've never been able to. It's never been a problem. Though now I can't download certain apps as I need iOS 11. I press download and install. It just spins and never opens up to a page. I've tried deleting it from the storage and then re in stall. Though with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean "it won't let you"? What happens when you try? If you are not seeing your App Store then check your Restrictions to make sure that you do not have "Installing Apps" and "Deleting Apps" and "In-App Purchases" turned on under Allow.

You cannot delete the App Store, so unless you have it restricted, you should see it on one of your Home pages.
