Your post is very vague but if you are looking to restore only some data to your device, then you can't, you will need to restore the whole device...

If you are restoring from an old phone to a new one, navigate to Settings ➔ General ➔ Software Update and install any updates available first.

Navigate to Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Erase All Content and Settings on the device you want to restore.

When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.
