Question: New device Apple ID

hi,

when I have a new device, it doesn’t recognise my Apple ID when I make the set up.

I had to create a new Apple ID and replace it white my own one.

I had this problem with an iPad and know with my new iPhone

Hi there

Case 1:

You setup your new device as a new device or you back it up from cloud which may be a non compatible format of iOS

Case 2:

You have problem singing in with Apple ID go to Icloud.com and go for manage Apple ID there you will see your devices remove old ones and verify the rest better to change password.

Sometimes you can forget restrictions on and your iCloud off within in general settings make it off and make iCloud on

Worst case scenario you have been lost your account for some reason if you say new account every time if you still can access your iCloud account do what I told you and it will work ISA.

Thanks for the help

Case 1:

I back it up from my iCloud that I use every day on the last version of iOS

Case 2:

Every old devices are already removed.

I verified and my iCloud is on

I really don’t understand why it doesn’t work...

Have you a solution for me to recover my iCloud back up from my old iPhone without passing by the set up ?

He was change in an Apple Store today so I don’t have the old one anymore

Thanks in advance
