You have a lot of 32 bit apps. While they will still run in High Sierra they can have problems.
Remove your hub for testing.
Restart in Safe Boot mode then restart normally.
1. Start or restart your Mac.
2. Immediately after you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Shift key.
3. Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.
4. At the login screen select to restart normally.
Next, create a new User in System Preferences > Users & Groups. Make it an admin user.
Log out of your User and log into your new admin User.
Sign in with your Apple ID if you need to test any iCloud features.
Next try launching the apps that have been crashing.
Do they crash in the new User?
If you are using Office 2011 make sure you are updated to 14.7.7.
I suspect many of your apps are not updated to the latest version.
Report back with results of testing in the new User.
(You can boot back into your regular User when you finish testing.)
