Apps (multiple) Crashing

The problem sometimes gets resolved through restart, but not always. Multiple Apps are affected, including Word, Clean My Mac 3, and Devonthink. The Apps are all running the most recent update.

Open system preferences > click on iCloud you must be signed with Apple ID and that is kept same as your any web mail address say ( gmail , yahoo or any ) .The box for iCloud Drive and rest of all must be checked , click on options in iCloud Drive and make sure all boxes here also are checked see these screen shots .

Now , create another user test admin account see this article How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac - Apple Support

Download all mails in this account you have to configure the apple mail app see this article Set up Mail on your Mac with email accounts - Apple Support

Then open notes and click on continue , open notes preferences ( can use command and comma on the keyboard ) make sure enable on my Mac is to be checked the notes saved on iCloud server and web server will get downloaded with high network speed but it will take time if the data is massive you have not to quit notes app until each note comes back .

Same with contacts app they will also downloaded from servers .

Once you are contented the each data is there on the Mac delete the old corrupted account all clean my Mac and bunch of softwares ..etc will be deleted see this article Delete a user or group on Mac - Apple Support

You have to check the box of delete home folder and click on delete user .In your case the account " abc " would be your admin name .

It is very difficult to read the report in the way you posted it. It came out all garbled.

You should click on the "Share Report" button, choose Copy Report, and then just Command-V to paste it into your post here.

Nevertheless, I can still see that you have A LOT of Login Items;

AND, damnation... "Cleamymac".

A common phrase in these forums that applies here: Cleanmymac claims another victim.

This program should be considered malware and be banned from every mac in the world.

You have a lot of 32 bit apps. While they will still run in High Sierra they can have problems.

Remove your hub for testing.

Restart in Safe Boot mode then restart normally.

1. Start or restart your Mac.

2. Immediately after you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Shift key.

3. Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

4. At the login screen select to restart normally.

Next, create a new User in System Preferences > Users & Groups. Make it an admin user.
