Ipad has been disabled

My Ipad has been disabled states "contact iTunes" now I'm on here to try to get an answer. How can I gain access to my ipad after its been disabled? Thanks

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
