need help folks... constant "verifying users i-pod" on i-tunes...whole screen has froze so can,t sync or do anything else for that matter...any advice would be appreciated..thanks
Hi,Folks...first time here so I suppose this will be a routine question for the experts...connected my I-pod classic to pc...opened I-tunes but keep getting "verifying users I-pod"..so,can,t sync anything ..in fact I can,t access anything as the whole screen(pc) has froze...would be grateful for any advice..thanks..Tommy
