How do I make a gapless album?

Hey,

I'm making an album where two tracks are supposed to flow into each other. I'm at the mastering stage and they work perfectly together however whenever I bounce out the tracks separately and listen back through iTunes there's always a gap. I know you can change the crossfade feature on iTunes, however I'd like to make the tracks naturally flow into each other on CD/Spotify/wherever I upload it to. Is there a way to fix this through logic?
