I keep getting charged every couple of days $12.31 on my credit card and I have no idea what it is for, but its coming from you.

I believe it is coming from Bumble dating but I cant be sure, its on my canadian CIBC. I was on it till mid january when I removed myself, but I cannot contact them. Can you help?
