You cannot. If you forgot the restrictions passcode, you will need to restore the device.

If you forget your Restrictions passcode, you'll need to erase your child's device, then set it up as a new device to remove the Restrictions passcode. Restoring your child's device using a backup won't remove the Restrictions passcode.


If you have a backup of the device made prior to the restrictions been set you can use that to restore to.


Otherwise, the restrictions passcode is stored in the backup and is put back when the backup is restored.
