I can not change my country

I moved from South Africa lately and can not change to the local store. I've waited till my subscription for Apple Music will end, but still, it says that the option is not available...

Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
