There was a server error creating your account

Whenever I try to set up Family Sharing on my iPhone through my iTunes account and I try to invite Family Members, I get the error: There was a server error creating your account. Please Try Again Later.

I purchased the family plan over a month ago and have tried to set this up on my Mac Book Pro, iMac, iPad and iPhone to no success. I have already contact the apple support team, unfortenately, they dont als know a solution for this issue. Plz help.😩😩
