What gets deleted off your phone when the iCloud account is deleted?

I need to delete the current iCloud account off my phone and add my new iCloud to the phone as the old one does not exist and I am unable to verify the account to subsequently backup the phone. If I were to delete this iCloud account, would I lose photos, messages, contacts, notes, apps or anything that is currently on the phone? Under the iCloud part of settings none of the options (mail, contacts, calendar, notes) are selected but I'm unsure as to what this means.
