Netflix for iOS 9.3.5
I have an iPad mini and couldn't download the Netflix app. It's requesting for iOS 10 or later and my current version is up to date. How can I download it please?

As far as I am aware, the Netflix app IS STILL available for iOS 9.3.5.

Wonderful...It worked trying with older version of iTunes on Windows & then in iPad with iOS 9.3.

That doesn't work. There are no older versions to download.
Follow my instructions to the letter and you WILL have an older version of Netflix on your older iPad.
Older Netflix versions go all the way back to iOS 5.1.1.
