i made an in app purchase using my master card however itunes purchase history says payment is still pending, but i got charged already. anyone know how to go about this pls?

That likely means that although you have been charged, Apple hasn't received the payment yet. If you have more questions, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
