all of my “portrait” photos in album now turn into common photos without blur effects (except my portrait photos stored on icloud), help.

Do you have "Optimize iPhone Storage" on? If so, only low-res versions are kept on your phone.

Go to Settings > Your-name-apple-id > iCloud > Photos to verify.

When i make photos with portrait for moment the photos is with portrait and after 6 hour the photo not blur effect.
