Since the ban was lifted in Saudi Arabia, you'll need to speak with carrier to determine if they support Facetime and what might be required to get it if they do. It may be as simple as replacing the sim card with one that supports Facetime, but again, that would be a question for your carrier.

Also depends where the phone was bought and where the phone is being used. We have seen phones bought in the KSA, being used in either India or somewhere else. That would be a question for the OP, because only providers in the KSA have this lifted if a SIM card from the KSA is installed. If it's anyone else, then FaceTime will remain unavailable.
