recover conversation in messenger?
Is it possible to recreate/recover deleted old messages if iPhone is restored as a new device? How?

Only if you have a backup that contained the messages prior to the restore. If you restore from backup, your phone be current as of the time of that backup.
My phone company helped me because Therese there was problems with the memory. How do I know If I have a backup that containd the messages?
