Safari and El Capitan

OS X 10.11.6 is the operating system I am using. Just today, I am finding that if I use SAFARI and Google to search for something, I cannot seem to bring up "all countries" or "Canada" when I click on TOOLS in the header. This has changed recently, as I was always able to specify if I wanted to search the world or just items available in Canada when I was in Google. Can someone please help?

Safari search bar google location I am currently live in United Kingdom and most of the time using google.co.uk is much better than using google HongKong version. However everyone I typed into Sarahi search bar it directs into HongKong google which is really Frustrating. I have changed my iOS account setting there’s no such information showing I came from China whatsoever and default search engine is UK based. I can't download Chrome to my MacAir I can't download Chrome to my MacAir, it says 'This app is currently not available in your country or region'. All my details are correct in Apple store and credit card in place.
