Unable to see iCloud app on my screen

I signed into my iPad Pro, used instructions and signed into iCloud, but no app displays on my iPad Pro. I can get in to icloud using my windows laptop, but not iPad. Tried various methods, and it is not on the bar below or on the two pages of apps. Tried shutting down and restart, no help, checked settings and iCloud is turned on.

Where is the app hidden?
