Permissions hosed after migrating to new MacBook Pro

The new machine is running Hi-Sierra (10.13.4), and I think the old machine was running El Cap. After migrating from the Time Machine backup and logging in, I was presented with endless messages about the Library needing to be repaired. I've run the terminal command that I found to repair permissions, which helped, but it is still acting way funky.

Is there something else I can or should do to attempt to set things straight with this user account?
