Pixel lines and touch ghost after dropping iphone

After I dropped my iPhone 5 on the roadyesterday, (I had a leather case protecting front and back) tinted pixel lines started to appear and there seems to be a "Touch ghost" The phone screen also seems a bit more pixelized and less clear. However, if I screenshot the phone, the lines don't seem to appear in the photo and the phone looks perfectly fine. How can I fix this or do I have to bring it to Apple? Picture below.
