how do you get Expedia flight itineraries into iOS or macOS Calendar?

in Privacy / Calendar there used to be the Expedia icon showing that it wishes access to Calendar but that icon is not there after several recent Expedia updates.

Mac calendar - how to add flights that depart/arrive in different timezones Does anyone know how to add flights that depart and arrive in different time zones to a Mac calendar? For example: I am adding a flight from Sydney to Doha. Flight departs at 9pm Sydney time on 13 June, arrives in Doha at 5am 14 June. If I add this to the calendar, it shows up as an 8 hour flight arriving at 5am next day in the Sydney timezone however its actually a 14 hour flight landing in a different time zone. Does anyone know how a work around for this? Thanks in advance!

Stop iCal being default calendar How do I stop iCal being the default calendar that opens invites? For example, I get a calendar event from, say, an airline booking, I want it to go to my Google calendar, or Outlook, but oh no, iCal grabs it. Once it's in iCal, I can't add invitees (because it wasn't created in iCal), and I can't even forward it to the calendar I want it to be in. It's frustrating enough that I want to go back to a PC, or poke myself in the eye with a pointy stick.
