FTP Issue

I need to ftp files from Google Drive to my server. I’m on my iPad 2 but my ftp app only lets you enter a specific directory on your iPad. For example, the files I saved are in Drive, but the ftp app needs the specific location of the content server. I can’t set it up as C:/name/name/etc. I can only set it up as ftp.domainname.com/directory.

So ... I need recommendations for a free ftp app that allows me to specify where the files are and where they're going.

In windows every ftp program lets you input this and it’s required For reasons, I can’t access my laptop right now so I’m relying on this IPad.
