How to recover the two tracks that comprise the newest playlist ITunes from the ICloud

On 4/5/18 I made a playlist of two mp3 tracks that wrote in Los Angeles and now I need have that playlist (which is saved in ITunes ) MAC to be sent to this iPhone 8plus with me here in Chicago.
