Hi, I cannot download apps from apple store by using my ID . Every time they reviewed my ID and asked me to contact ITunes support for completing transaction

What did they say when you contacted them ? If, for some reason, you haven't yet contacted them as instructed you should do so (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

Have you changed your Apple ID email address or password recently?


What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID.

ive been having this issue king penguin and i spoke with a iTunes advisor. They said it’s due to a fraudulent preventive measure in a security system they use. This is my issue though, I am able to make a purchase just fine. Then not even 10 minutes later I try to make another purchase and this message pops up. I contact Apple support and they fix it (temporarily) until after i make a purchase. I make 1 purchase and then this continues to reoccur. Then suddenly they weren’t able to fix the issue so I spoke with a supervisor. They could not fix the issue either so they had to contact a 3rd party. They told me wait 2 days and I’ll get a call from the supervisor I spoke with today.. this issue is really annoying and a huge inconvenience.
