change font in Mac OS high sierra

how can increase the size if system default font on Mac OS high sierra

it's so tiny .. in other OS easy can adjust the system font size , why can't in apple ?

thank you thechosenone. If use scale --> the whole screen will become not sharp and will not look good, I only want to increase the system font size and the google search font size, because it's small and hard to read, looks like apple doesn't have any solution...
