Purchase pending, took my credit, and didn't receive my game currency.

I added a 10,000 yen itunes code to my account. Spent 9,800 yen. Didn't get my game currency. Now shows up as pending on my purchase history.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.3

Can't pay for in-game purchases I'm trying to buy currency in the game, but it gives me an error that I need to contact support, how can I solve this problem? There is money on the card, but the payment still does not go through
