My purchase doesn't appear in reportaproblem

Hello, i accidentally bought a Netflix subscription, it took my money and i got a receipt from Apple. But the purchase is not on the website "reportaproblem" so i can't redeem for a refund even though i see the purchase in purchase history. Any help? Thanks

First you should read this document to confirm you have done everything correctly.

If you have ... try going to the top right corner of this screen. Click on Contact Support. Then click on Billing and Subscriptions. From there you should be able to attract a one to one reply service by phone or email.
