How do I get a pending cancelled subscription charge to remove from purchases?

I already cancelled my subscription to Netflix because I do not have any funds until I get paid. (I also cancelled Apple Music because I wasn’t sure which was pending until I found the purchases.) Even though the subscription confirmed cancelled the pending charge is still lingering in my purchases. Included are screenshots of my subscription that is cancelled and the pending purchase. Because of the ”pending” purchases I am unable to download free apps.
