So, it's been a few months I've been trying to fix my "Hey Siri" and I can't find Siri & Search anywhere, I've also tried looking around if anyone else has this issue but all it says is to go to Siri & Search and it's nowhere in my settings, even when I try to search it. Any help would be great, thanks.

Can you see Settings>Siri&Search now?
Should be this case, tap on it and set your Siri feature:

Hey siri doesnt work, and there isnt a Siri & Search section in the settings.
