Can't move circle when adding face
When manually adding a face to a picture in Photos 3.0 (build 3271.13.150), I am unable to move or resize the circle.
Anyone know how to fix this?

It is bug. Quitting Photos and restarting it sometimes help. But occasionally you have to shut down the mac and then restart it, to be able to adjust the Faces circles.
You may want to send feedback to Apple with an bug report. This problem has been occurring since Photos 2.0.
