HomePod Mics have changed since update

My homepod was great when I first got it, but since the update, the mic's are not as responsive and have had to repeat command multiple times. Also I have had to speak much louder than when I first got it. Anyone else experience this? I have reset and restored the HomePod. It will not let me downgrade to the original version

HomePod sound quality lower after update to Software version 15.6 I did a software update on my pair of 1st Generation HomePods and I noticed a significant change in the sound quality. The sound has a much higher pitch with a lot less bass! Very disappointing!! Did anyone else experience the issue? Is there a way to revert back to the previous firmware? I just love my HomePods and even invested in a second one before Apple discontinued them. I hope this is not a trick from Apple to artificially reduce the sound quality of the 1st Gen HomePods to reduce the sound difference to the 2nd Gen HomePods that are expected to launch in the coming months!

HomePod latest update is too buggy I love the sound quality of these speakers but they have become nearly useless as I have to reboot them all the time. It is easier to just grab my headphones to listen to music. It is very irritating that I now have expensive paper weights.

Anyone else having issues with their HomePod mini speakers since updating to HomePod version 15.5? I have been having issues with HomePod mini speakers playing from my desktop Music application since upgrading to HomePod Version 15.5. I have tried restarting and I am now getting ready to reset my 4 HomePod speakers, but is anyone else experiencing issues since the update?
