My newly added phone contacts are disapperaing

Since after I restored my backup data from other phone, I am noticing some of the newly added contacts are disappearing without doing anything. I don't even connect my phone to iTunes these days.

This has been under case ID: 100515854106 and chat has been ended by support with no further response.
