when I do screen recording from Apple Music app there’s no sound! it disappears, but when i turn the screen recording off it comes back. how can i record with music, I know about a camera mic but it’s not that

This is because it is counted as copyrighting, you are unable to screen record while playing music, watching Netflix etc.
