Hi,
I have used my abc@outlook.com to create Apple ID and I do not know what I have done wrong that now my Apple ID has an alias email address as well which is say abc@icloud.com.
When I log in to www.icloud.com I can see my Apple ID Alias email address as my account there and when I go to preferences in email I can see 0 out of 3 aliases.
How do I delete this Alias of my Apple ID email address.

It gives you an @icloud.com email address and gives you an alternative way of logging into the account. As to why you can't delete it the short answer is because Apple don't allow you to do so, it's permanently tied to the account
