Downloads folder

I've lost my downloads folder in my dock. I don't see it in Finder. How do I get it back?

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.3.2

Choose Home from the Finder’s Go menu.

If you see it there, drag it to the Dock.

If not, create a new folder with that name.

Forgive my stupidity, but where/what is the Finder's Go Menu?

When the Finder is in the front, move the cursor to the very top of the computer’s screen and click on Go.
