Apple Support New Zealand

Hey Guys! I really need to fix my iPhone 7 and I tried to use Apple Support to shift the iPhone for repair, but it didn't work in the website? Is the only possibility going to an apple authorized reseller? I'd like to send it to apple though.

It's not possible to send an iPhone from NZ to the U.S. for repairs.

Judging from the link that Carolyn posted your only option in New Zealand is an authorized reseller as Apple have no stores of their own as yet.

Not necessarily a reseller, but an "Apple Authorized Service Provider". Not all resellers provide service, and not all service providers sell Apple devices. Kind of a fine point I realize, but some people might go back to a reseller that doesn't provide repairs.

Thank you for the correction. 🙂

I had resellers on the brain because there were no official stores to be found.

Sorry - I wasn't trying to be hard on you. However, there are obviously iPhone resellers that don't perform repairs, such as phone shops or discount stores.
