Please help Macbook pro full load bar no login???

What happened:

Tried load card in reader

Reader won't work tried restart

Only loads full gray bar and Apple logo NO log in screen

Tried disc utility And full reset still NOT working

Need help please? I have 2011 MacBook pro

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
