Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have restarted my Iphone 6 and it tells me to go to support.apple.com/iphone/restore I follow the directions and connect the iphone to my iMac through the usb charging cable. Nothing shows up, I have removed any lint inside the Iphone charging port and the usb port and it is still not responding to my Imac. My Imac is charging my Iphone but it will not show up on the usb on my Imac. Please help

Turn iPhone off Make sure your pc is running the latest iTunes 12.7.4
Connect lead to USB on your pc Press just the power button down on iPhone don't let go Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until pc sees iPhone Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once Before it works.
