Incoming call volume

When I set my ringtone volume on high in settings is sounds loud, as it should.

When I receive a call, i can barely hear it. All was normal until recently. Anyone else ever experience this? iPhone X

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
