How to delete mail in Hotmail inbox
I tried to delete mail from inbox based on what I saw on the internet but if I delete that Hotmail account, what about the Notes. Do I lose the Notes as well. I have other accounts on my phone. What do I do?

I understand you want to delete your Hotmail account from your iPhone, but you are concerned about losing your Notes. You can determine which account has notes enabled by going to Settings > Accounts & Passwords.
If the notes are being stored in the Hotmail account, then you may lose them. So, before deleting the account, I would suggest either forwarding each note to a different email account, or copying and pasting each note into a Pages document on your iPhone.
In the future, I would recommend turning on the Notes feature in iCloud, so that your notes will be stored in iCloud and accessible to all of your other devices. Here's how to do that:
